Aloft Abu Dhabi

My stay at Aloft Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff, particularly Twinkle, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. Twinkle's assistance was invaluable. She helped me secure a room with a breathtaking view that provided the perfect backdrop for my stay. Her knowledge of the city was also a huge help, as she provided me with invaluable tips and recommendations for things to do and see. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. I would highly recommend Aloft Abu Dhabi to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience in the city.

The room was beautifully decorated, even better than the photos! The view was stunning! You could see a part of the bustling city built along a large canal, then leading onto the sea. The entrance to the hotel was designed in a retro style, in such a way as to welcome all types of travellers, from businessmen to families, to backpackers. It was like a blend of the 1970's to present day, 2024. I hit the gym at around 6:30am and found it nice and empty with good quality equipment. There seemed to be so much choice of what to eat, where to eat and when to eat. It all depends on your budget and food preferences. Prayer facilities located just before the entrance, for both men and women was a nice reminder that you're in the Middle East ! If you've got a car, then the huge Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is a 10 minute drive, whilst the corniche is about 15 minutes away. Both are definitely worth checking out. A big thanks to the staff who worked as a team to make the whole experience worthwhile and many thanks for the room upgrade!

The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel as we were at an exhibition which was just below the hotel. The staff did their utmost to ensure we had a pleasant stay and tried to make it up to us for not being able to allocate the room we had reserved. We were given complimentary breakfast to compensate and the Duty Manager even called us to check that everything else was satisfactory and also apologised once again. This gesture made the inconvenience of not having the room we booked a little more acceptable. Excellent customer service... in fact all of the staff we had interactions with were extremely courteous and helpful.

The check in and out experience was quick and efficient. The staff here are well trained and know how to deal with guests. The pool was fantastic and big enough for other people to use without it being overcrowded. I also ordered from the pool restaurant and the food was amazing! The service was also excellent and efficient.

I stayed for a week at ALoft Abu Dhabi for the MMA world championships. The structure is located in a strategic position in fact you can easily reach any point of the city in a few minutes. All the staff are excellent. The food was very good both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The general cleanliness impeccable. In the hall there is also a leisure area where there are two billiard tables and a very pleasant table football. On the fifth floor is the gym and swimming pool. The gym is very well equipped. The swimming pool is really elegant in which there is also a bar. I attended the pool party and had a great time. If I go back to Abu Dhabi I will definitely stay there again.
